AHI Welcomes Former Greek Interior Minister to Hellenic HouseWASHINGTON, DC — Greece’s former minister of Interior, Decentralization and E-Governance, Ioannis Ragkousis, visited the American Hellenic Institute’s Hellenic House on March 27, 2013. His visit to the United States was under the auspices of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program. “We were pleased to welcome former Minister Ragkousis to Hellenic House,” AHI President Nick Larigakis said. “We appreciated learning about his visit and the State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program.” In addition to Larigakis, AHI Board Secretary Nicholas G. Karambelas attended the meeting. Ms. Maria Spanos, a Greek language interpreter, accompanied Mr. Ragkousis.
